Consumer Consent Provided to Share Complaint: Consent provided

Consumer Complaint: I received a letter from Berlin-Wheeler Inc on or about XX/XX/18 that I owed a debt for {$390.00} for XXXX, but I have never had an account with XXXX. I then sent Berlin-Wheeler a certified debt validation letter that was received on XX/XX/18. They sent back copy of invoices, an itemized printout, and a demand for payment, but nothing to verity the debt since the FTC has stated that itemized printouts are not verification of a debt. I checked my credit report on or about XX/XX/18 and the debt was reporting to the credit bureau, but it was not marked disputed within the 30 days that are required by law according to FDCPA 807 ( 8 ). I then sent another certified letter to Berlin-Wheeler that was received on XX/XX/18, letting them know of the violation and asking them to remove the inaccurate information from my credit file, but the debt has not been removed nor has Berlin-Wheeler responded as of today ( XX/XX/18, which well pass 30-days ) I am requesting to have this inaccuracy removed from my credit report immediately.
