Consumer Consent Provided to Share Complaint: Consent provided

Consumer Complaint: I have contacted this company numerous times regarding a fraudulent debt. A police report number was given and also a notarized identity theft statement sent.

In a good faith effort to resolve this matter amicably, I restated my demand for proof of the debt, specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature, as well as proof of your authority in this matter or an I.P address if this contract or application was done through the internet. Absent such proof, you must terminate this collection action and correct any erroneous reports of this debt as mine.

For the record, I state again that as I have no account with this company, nor am I a customer, nor have I entered into a contract with them, I have asked for the following information : Evidence for authorization under 15 USC 1692 ( e ) and 15 USC 1692 ( f ) in this alleged matter.

Company has failed to provide evidence or proof of the alleged debt, including specifically the alleged contract or other instrument bearing my signature.
