Consumer Complaint: On XX/XX/XXXX I mailed out 4 Certified letters to the collection agency that are on my credit report, asking for validation of Debt and HIPPA authorization, I have yet to receive my proof of signature. In XX/XX/XXXX I mailed out Certified envelops and all the paper work to show proof that they didn’t provide me my request to the three credit bureaus they did remove some of the medical collection, I am still waiting on the 7 collections to be removed, They never responded to my letters and its way over due, and I get denied for credit loans. Its very frustrating when I’m working really hard on my credit and the credit bureau does half of a job. I see from my XXXX XXXX that XXXX is reporting 6 of the medical collections, and XXXX is reporting 14 of the medical collections and XXXX is reporting 13 of the medical collections that should be off my credit report. and also I have disputed on XXXX XXXX and they did investigate and found in my favor with XXXX XXXX that they are reporting back in XX/XX/XXXX of a late payment I have NEVER paid late, my payments are made early or on time never LATE. And thats still on my credit as well.
