Consumer Complaint: XXXX XXXX XXXX has been told both in writing and verbally every single time that they call from multiple phone numbers from countless area codes to CEASE AND DESIST from calling me about a fraudulent debt they purchased from XXXX XXXX who violated federal law relating to the time frame required by federal law in which payments made to the account are required to be accepted ( XXXX east coast time, XXXX pacific time ) by having so many people trying to do so and freezing up their website to force payments to be made late, thereby generating fee income through fraudulent activity.
XXXX XXXX XXXX has been told this in writing YEARS AGO and every time they call YET THEY CONTINUE TO VIOLATE FEDERAL DEBT COLLECTION LAWS AND REFUSE TO STOP HARASSING ME FOR A FRAUDULENT DEBT THAT WILL NEVER BE PAID!!!
