Consumer Complaint: Date : XX/XX/2018 Open : XX/XX/2018 Amount : {$13000.00} XXXX XXXX put us in collection with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX trying to claim that I and my spouse own them {$13000.00} which we’re not because we move out before the eviction date which was the 3 days notice they told us on the paper and stick it on our door but we didn’t go to court and and court already said that its dismissed but they still want to claim us which we believe its a lie saying XXXX now when we went to the apartment to make sure now they told us to pay XXXX something now as you can see the property trying to tell two different story here and trying to collect the past rent but with the law for Washington state saying that on XXXX also saying if you move out before the expiration date they gave you they should not lay hand on your money no matter if you own them past due rent … so now my lawyer is trying to see because he told me he don’t see any eviction for XXXX XXXX in XXXX WA so now its getting cold and we live in our car because of this.. So please disputed this from all of the three credit from mind and also my spouse credit thanks and may god bless us all thanks for reading this..
