Consumer Complaint: XX/XX/XXXX I, XXXX XXXX was diagnosed and transported for admitted urgent treatment from XXXX  XXXX XXXX XXXX Massachusetts to XXXX XXXX XXXX located up the road by  XXXX XXXX. I was never notified prior of a denial or gave authorization to be personally billed XXXX XXXX . XXXX XXXX directed the bill to XXXX XXXX  XXXX  without notifying me of my XXXX  upon request, or a verification of denial form. From there it was sent to First Financial collections, a credit bureau. I have filed disputes, called for expedited appeals and mailed to the grievance department at XXXX and spoken with all 4 companies to try to get this discrepancy resolved and removed from my credit report. Me being an inpatient at the time should not be responsible for this bill.

They are no help in immediation of assistance and ping me back and fourth to the other companies. This has been ongoing since XX/XX/XXXX. There has to be someone that can negotiate wan waive this bill from collections.
