I have taken proper precautions to protect my identity. In my research I also found that the collection agency, Ad Astra Recovery Services, is in violation of the Texas Debt Collection Act by trying to collect and reporting this debt to the credit bureaus since they claim this debt was incurred in XXXX. This is yet another reason I am requesting this be removed immediately from my credit.
