Consumer Complaint: I had paid off my loan and canceled my auto draft service prior to XXXX due date. Navient still pulled the auto draft after cancelation and pay off. Called to get money returned and was told they couldnt without my bank statement??? Wanted me to send them a copy of??? No thanks. Then was told that the manager is overriding to re-deposit into my bank account. Would be returned in 10 days. Logged on 15 days later and still no return but their website now says I am owed nothing. So I call to see what happened and now they said I would get a check in 30 buisnesd days!!!! How are they even allowed to take money when a loan balance is XXXX and the auto was canceled. Seems like they stole my money to me!
