Consumer Complaint: Throughout the life of the loan I’ve already used all my forbearance options ( Navient only gave me hardship options ) and only have the option to pay the full amount or try to refinance. I have tried on several occasions to talk to them about income based or any other options and I’ve been told ” we dont have any other options, you must pay the full amount. ” I feel this is wrong as every other student loan servicer gives you the options.
