Consumer Complaint: Phoenix Financial opened a collections account for XXXX on XX/XX/2018 Firstly the date is in wrong and doesn’t correspond to any time I went to the hospital. Second all of my hospital bills were paid by me directly at the time service was rendered and all other charges are between the hospital and the insurance company. You shouldn’t be able to decide months MONTHS! later that someone owes you another XXXX and then send that amount to a shady collection agency that then waits months and puts buts a bogus collection on my credit report for a XXXX charge.
