Consumer Statement:
Signed up with Ameritech Financial for assistance in repaying student loan debt. Paid monthly but never heard from anyone back and my student loans were still the same amount and I could not see any money being paid towards the debt.
Consumer Action Taken:
Called and inquired about what kind of assistance had been brought to my student loans as of to date and heard nothing. Asked if they were going to do something towards lowering my payment and Ameritech stated I should keep paying money. I dont know what they were doing with the money I had paid them.
