A fantastic reader sent in a mailer they received from White Mountain partners offering a debt consolidation loan.
It appears the outside of the envelope does not have a return address on it but it came from Postal Permit 487.
This mailer was sent to me through my I Buy Junk Mail program. If you have junk mail you’d like to sell, click here. To see other mailers, click here.
What is interesting is the mailer does not actually say where the company is located. Their website, whitemountainpartners.com says they are located at PO Box 7032, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48302. Bloomfield Hills is where other similar offers have originated. See this, this and this. Coincidence?
And while this mailer appears to be for a loan, White Mountain Partners says on their website, “White Mountain Partners is not a lender in any transaction and does not make loans, loan commitments, or lock rates.” “White Mountain Partners is a paid marketing lead generator.” – Source

It does not appear they provide this information in the mailer that appears to be for a loan.
So who are you giving up your personal information to?
The back does not give any details either.
The State of Michigan has no registered company under the name White Mountain Partners.
Be a smart consumer. I would recommend that anyone considering using such a company should read the following free guides.
I have not been diagnosed as being bipolar but deal with close family members who have , this brings me to say is why I’m seeking a loan or grant with low APR interest and monthly payment ( as possible ),as I am disabled, retired, but have a plan to start a business in my rural location .
I have found rural banks have a larger sense of community and will often work with you to create more local opportunities. Have you approached the banks or credit unions serving your area?
