  • F_laplana

Im a victim.of this scam also lets unite to sue this company

    • Arat0415

I am for it! They caused me to file bankrupcy and destroy my 8 year marriage. I have nothing left at the age of 31

  • Rulloff8

I signed up for a 3 year contract and I just finished the 3 years and am out of debt.  I didn’t like how they took the fees upfront, but I stuck with it and in the end I’m all good.  Does anyone know a good credit repair guy???

  • Rozeman48

Well, call me the fool also!!!! 1 1/2 yrs and $7200 gone. Left $390 in my GCS account. Talk about furious. With only 1 debt, they have taken it all. Just like Juliet, I was curious and BAM!!!!!!!!!! Friggin scammed!!!! When I enrolled the lady told me it was one of the few government agencies. They will not return calls and I got 1 email pretty much saying, to bad. You signed a 4yr contract. No refunds, and all the rest of my money would now go to the creditor. Which they assumed would settle eventually….WTF. Well that comes out to about $150 a month for them. I would like to fire them now, LOL, well more than that. They owe me at least 2 1/2 yrs of refund at about $4500…….How can these people sleep at night?????? Filed a complaint with the BBB. Hope they can help. Guess it will be small claims next.

    • Arat0415

I did the same, filed w/ BBB, but they ignored my request and did not reply to the complaint! Apparently there are several complaints not resolved. I am sorry you were taken advantage about too!

DO NOOTTTT use this company!!!! I have been scammed! I paid for a service up front to have about $20,000 settled and after my contract was up this company abandoned me! I had $14,000 left to settle. This company cut off ALL ties with me. I ended up having to file for BANKRUPCY because of this company… THEY GOT THEIR $, but I lost out on EVERYTHING! HORRIBLE customer service! I had to pay 20% of the 20k, and a monthly service fee. PLEASE… help put these scammers out of business!

    • Tara

PS: I really feel like I have a right to file a lawsuit against the creeps I mean, I PAID for a service they FAILED to do- NOW I am bankrupt, and worse off than ever. If I could do it all over again, I would work things out with the bank. If anyone wants to help me with the damages I KNOW I am due please reply!

I am *also* with these idiots and have finally decided to settle the remaining 3 accounts on my own. In the 1.5 years I have been with them, they have only settled 2 small accounts and 1 large one, and that large one I don’t believe they got me the best “deal” after all. I am unemployed and own zero assets and only have about $1500 in savings, which I’m going to try to use as settlement money. I think they also got about $3k from me, and I wonder how much of that I can get back?

I was with them for a year and was hauled into Small Claims Court for half of my debt. These people settled one claim in the years time. I was a total fool. Anyone that thinks debtors are going to wait forever to be paid is sadly thinking wrong. Debtors want there money. These people do NOT communicate with your debtors, I found that out the hard way. As long as you have no money to negotiate a debt, it simply isn’t bothered with by these people. I was charged almost $3000 (15% of my total debt). On 5 of my accounts I negotiated my debt myself, in court, and it worked out okay. These people refunded me money for 4 accounts they never handled and I am still waiting for an additional refund for the 5th debt that I negotiated myself in court. They owe me, they ignore my e-mails, CERTIFIED letters. The money in my savings account (thru Global Client Solutions) is being refunded back into my bank account. I had no issues with Global because they’re the people that handle accounts for these debt relief companies. All I wanted was to pay off my obligations when my unemployment and small 401K ran out and I got duped. First Choice was/is a nightmare and I just hope I don’t have to sue them to get the rest of the refund they owe me. How could I let this happen to me? What a fool.

First Choice Debt Resolution has moved to a new address and by the way, didn’t think it was important enough to inform its clients that they moved. The new address for them is:
    First Choice Debt Resolution
    5340 North Federal Highway
    Lighthouse Point, FL 33064

They were located in Hollywood Florida before the move very recently (Aug. 2010).

There customer service skills are an “F”. Terrible people to get ahold of.

DO NOT use these guys! I stuck with them for a year, and they promptly took out about 300 dollars a month into a “savings account” that was especially and only for me. Once the balance was high enough they would start negotiating with my debtors on my behalf. GUYS, you can totally do this yourself. DON”T PAY ANYBODY TO DO THIS FOR YOU. After a year, I was curious to see what my balance was and I couldn’t believe it was 306.00! Yes, their fee is upfront, which means they take less and less after each year, but this is insane. I cancelled as soon as I realized. I called them four or five times to get my pathetic three hundred dollars back, and though there were great about collecting, they weren’t so great about refunding until I threatened small claims court. If you need help saving money to negotiate with your debtors, try smartypig.com. It’s free. These guys should be SHUT DOWN.
