  • With company 11 years. When streamling an area of the company, they give correctives and start an exit strategy for the employees (managers) effected. Employee is left to choose between signing off on a last negative corrective and be on a very thin line and if you make an error you are terminated. Or, you will be offered a severence packeage good for about 3 months worth of salary minus taxes. Of course if you agree, you can’t collect unemployment. Hence, stay on and get fired or leave with 3 months salary and no job….after 11 years of loving the company…WOW!
