The Association of Independent Consumer Credit Counseling Agencies (AICCCA) has their annual conference coming up in Washington, DC if anyone wants to attend. It’s July 20-22 at the flippin’ Four Seasons Hotel in D.C.
Seriously, charitable dollars are being spent to hold a non-profit meeting at the luxury Four Seasons Hotel? And on top of just the public relations nightmare of doing that it’s being held at the Four Seasons, non-profit credit counselors who will attend will have to layout diminishing income to attend. Crazy times my friends, crazy times.
For those interested in registering, click here. Want to see the agenda, click here.
In the interest of full disclosure I contacted them for a press pass to cover the meeting for you but their response was I’d have to pay to get it. Times must really be tough that they can’t give a press pass for coverage. Oh yea, that’s right, it’s because the meeting is at the Four Seasons Hotel, one of the more expensive luxury hotels around.

You are not alone. I'm here to help. There is no need to suffer in silence. We can get through this. Tomorrow can be better than today. Don't give up.
