They have taken out over $750.00 from my account I have to closed the account and I am still bambarded with phone calls on a dailey basis. I do have the bank notice of all the payments taken from my account and my agreement with USFast cash. this can be mail if it is needed.

Consumer Action Taken:

I have made a call to them with one of the phone number they have leave on my voice mail. I was told I need to give them another $350.00 to which I told them they have gotten more than the amount I was to pay.

Check the payday laws for your state for both in store and internet.  Then see if Fast Cash is legal in your state.  If they are not you only have to pay the principle which you have already paid.  Thereefore, they owe you the difference you have paid. Also, many online companys are not the actual lender so if the actual lender is off shore you only owe the principle or don’t have to pay it since they are illegal.  Also go to http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com/ and look at all the forums on Payday Loans, you will be amazed at your rights!
