i applied online for a loan and they gave me the run around as well as giving me a diffrent websites that were not loan associated. but now they are calling me saying that there are complaints against me and criminal charges filed. this is outrageous. i have pennies deducted from my account and checks returned charged and i don’t write checks.

i have my statements and will talk to the local police.
