Consumer Statement:

I was contacted by the same company Nationwide Financial Consulting Company. They said they could help me lower my principal amount on my mortgage because their team of lawyers would pull an audit on my mortgage company. If they found anything wrong during the audit it would be a penality for the company and they always find things wrong so they would be willing to settle for a much lessor rate. They charged me $500.00. I had called them back after a couple of weeks after not hearing anything and asked how it was going. I was told it takes a while to get all the papers in from the company and for their attorneys to look at them. I explained that I would at least like to be updated weekly, even if it was just that we are still waiting, or the attorneys have the records, whatever, etc..because I was leery. When a week went by and I hadn’t heard anything, I called just to check and see how it was going……..and wouldn’t you know it th e number has been disconected. So here I sit knowing I should have listened to to my intuition but, I need help so bad I ignored it, and now I am even further behind because I might as well as handed, crap I did, hand away $500.00.

Consumer Action Taken:

I attempted to call, e-mail, fax, all to no avail, this company has taken mine, and evryone elses money and moved on to continue their scam.
