On 12/12/2011, we purchased a Barneys and Nobles gift card for $15 on this website. The gift card was never sent and googled it to find out many victims just like me. It is a national fraud and it was too late for the bank to credit the money back to me (has to be within 60 days)The website is still on. I might not be the first one to complain about this fraud but it is the fact that so many victims lost money on this website.

Consumer Action Taken:

We have made phone calls so many times but always ended up with answering machine. I called the credit card company and they said it’s past 60 days and nothing they can do about it. Just like what others said, it’s not only feeling of being scammed, some victims actually have hard lives and live on some savings as hopes.
