Consumer Statement:

Williams Steel Construction paid $12,000.00 to Ameripride to provide tax relief services. To this date it is our suspicion that nothing has been done what so ever by Amerpride in connection with the State or IRS. We paid an additional $5,000.00 to show good faith with the State our desire to negotiate. Ameripride / Audra Wright of Taxco have refused to answer all phone calls, emails and text message. Upon a physical visit to the Ameripride location I found it was vacated by Ameripride with no forwarding address.

Consumer Action Taken:

Numerous phone calls, emails, text messages and a physical visit. All with no response.

  • We started with these ppl in 9/2010 and with absolutely no results.  We gave them $5300 which we could have just given to the freakin IRS.  I wish I had $5 for every phone call and email that went unanswered cause I could pay off my debt w/ the IRS!  After a year and a half of the run around, we thought that we would get some action after talking to the “CEO” Audra Wright.  She talked a good game the one and only time that I spoke with her.  Then after jumping through the additional hoops that she asked of us, we never had any other correspondence with her again, even though she said “now that you’ve talked to me, you are back on our radar.”   Well, we have emailed her and left messages and more messages to her voicemail and haven’t once gotten a call back or return email.  We are gonna try and sue for our money back, but who knows how long that will be.  I’m so not surprised by the empty warehouse routine.  If they got the hell outta dodge, then chances are they’re in the wind…

  • The exact same thing happened to me.  We hired them in Nov. 2010 and they’ve done virtually nothing for us. I contacted Audra over two dozen times and each time the receptionist asks for our patience through the transition.  WHAT?  This is absolutely pathetic that a company can be run this way.
