I ordered a discounted Barnes and Noble gift card ($25 for $15) before Xmas 2011. It sounded like a good deal. WRONG!! I gave them all my information and within a couple of days my account was debited $15 for the transaction and I waited months (technically still waiting as of April 13, 2012). I purchased one of their daily specials. They took my money but never delivered the goods.

Consumer Action Taken:

I have tried several times to contact them. I got a response via facebook that said a refund would be credited to my card that I used-they gave the last 4 digits but the last digit was incorrect. I tried to correct them but no response. I never received a refund for $15. I also attempted to contact them via email but no response either.

I have tried to contact them. Email was returned, phone calls unanswered or voice mail not returned. Its a SCAM. -not happy
