Consumer Statement:

I received a letter that seemed suspicious and I know that I have always returned my movies inside of the movie store when renting from Hollywood videos to avoid these type of mishaps. Universal Fidelity, LP sent me an invoice stating that I owe $38.32 to Hollywood Videos which was closed in Fayetteville, NC back in 2010.

Consumer Action Taken:

I did try and access the website to make payment however the website was not working after two tries. I officially believe this to be a scam for sure now and I plan on writing a letter to the credit agencies to inform them of this.
