I was told by fbl that thewy contacted my credit to make a settlement. I recieved lawyers letters which i sent to fbl. I was told not to worry. I had to go to court a number of times which i was not surpose to fbl was surpose to send a R I lawyer for us the lawyers we spoke to said that they send us paper work and we go to court. well lets say things did not go our way I called fbl back and was told again that they did contact our creditors our creditors said no they did not I recieved reports on the computor about money sent to different collection agencys for payment on our accounts the creditors sent sheffies to my house to go to court saying they where never paid I even wrote to Floridas attorny general was told it would take a little while to look in to it never heard back next thing i know fbl associates and note world are filing chapter 7 changing their name i am out over20,000.00 plus i also signed my daughter up and i was out over 15, 000.00 for her cant afford a lawyer having attachments put on my property i need my money back so i can pay the creditors what they were surpose to get paid
