1st United Consultants – Consumer Complaint – 10-15-2012

Consumer Statement:

I was contacted by 1st United about lowering my monthly payment on my mortgage. I don’t know why i listened I do know better. I talked to one of Lee Arthurs people then I talked to him. I was assured they were on the up and up and I had nothng to worry about. They took $622.11 out of my account and said that would be going to make my house payment and they would handle everything from now on. Then I got my statement in the mail and was told my house payment was not made. I have tried contacting them several times with no luck. I sent a emial and tried to fax like they said to do. My fax would not go through I gave up on that. The emails I assume did but still no word. I told them not to take any more money and to send back the $622.11 they took so I could make my house payment. Now I am behind and they may try and forclose on me again. I had just gotten caught up with a modification and hard work, renting out rooms. I may still lose it no w because I don’t have the money to make up the payment I missed.

Consumer Action Taken:

Tried to contact them like they said through email or faxing a letter. I tried the fax number they gave me for 4 days and finally gaveup. I sent emails to Lee andto customer service kie they said. Still no word frim any one at the company.
