Consumer Statement:

well they called and said they could lower my interest rates by 25% of course they wanted a credit card to charge the fee to and of course I gave them one.I did receive a call that said they would contact me on 11/6/12 to get the cards that needed to be reduced thats the last I heard from them .After call after call I finally contacted the credit card company that they charged the fee to and in hopes of having the charged reversed amstill waiting for word from the credit card company .This really is bad I am out 998.00 should have listened to my husband.

well its hard to resolve the problem when there is no way to contact them i have called so many times and also sent them emails of course with no response .
