Consumer Statement:

A morgage finance company named First Tier Marketing scammed me outr od $1800.00 dollars. They promised a service to help me refinance a loan with HFC-Beneficial and took my money and cost me to go into foreclosure on my home.

Consumer Action Taken:

contacted a guy by the name of Jim Berry several times by phone and email and he never returned my calls. Come to find out they have closed they office out of Riverside California. Their are class action suites against him and his company.
