1st United Consultants – Consumer Complaint – December 27, 2012

Consumer Statement:

I was promised by 1st United Consultants that they would negotiate with OCWEN to reduce my mortgage via the Obama Home Afordability Program. I paid to them a total of $6,787.81 in increments of $1687.27 for 4 months supposedly to show I can make these payments on a new payment scheme to my mortgage for P&I and taxes to Ocwen. My last contact with 1st United was July 2012 and their phone number is now not working and emails are also not returned. The people I dealt with were Suray Mendez and Jesse Wiseman. I also just reviewed the service agreement with 1st United and all the initials and signatures were NOT put in place on the agreement by me, in essance they were forged.

Consumer Action Taken:

I tried to call numerous times and email numerous times. I also tried to see if MERACORD a Trust Management company could assist and they too could not get through and have since cut ties with 1st United.
