I was called by a man named Jason Waldrop from Estate law Group of California,wanting to help me through my modification.
He sent me all the papers needed through my Gmail address and I was to go through printing everything out at my nearest copy center.
I was sent an address to free mail all my documents, and payments to them. Their fee was 3500.00. I sent them increments of payments for that total until I was done paying.
The modification for my mortgage was only supposed to take 3 months.
I called Jason early last month and argued with him about this taking so long. He said because of hurricane sandy it was taking longer than normal.
I called today all the numbers I had and all the Email address i had and they all said The company is no longer available. To contact my original lender. I called my Mortgage company today and they told me Estate Law Group had never contacted them at all ever. I after almost a year or so have no modification and have to start all over again.

I tried calling Jason Waldrop at the number I have had, always busy. I emailed them, I emailed several people through that company and got no response. I got another number and thats when the recording came on and told me the company is no longer
