I Need Someone to Help Me Get My Financial Life on Track. – Sara

“Dear Steve,

I am looking for a workshop or advisor to help get my finances straight. I have a poor credit history so i need advise in working through that in addition to rebuilding my credit. I have several retirement accounts from different jobs that I am not sure what to so with. Do I roll them all together or leave them where they are. I just need help all around getting my financial goals on track.

Who/or what agency would you recommend to advise for this?

Dear Sara,

I just went and wrote The Get Out of Debt Guy Free and Easy Credit Repair Guide for you to use to help get your credit report back in the best shape it can be right now.

You can follow this guide to help rebuild your credit.

The retirement account issue is always a source of confusion and frustration. But many investment companies offer free advice and can organize and move your accounts into something that gives you a real plan for maximizing their return.

Here are a few links of companies you can contact and ask for help with your retirement accounts: American Century, Charles Schwab, and E*TRADE.

Please post your responses and follow-up messages to me on this in the comments section below.
