Universal Fidelity / Hollywood Video – Consumer Complaint – April 5, 2013

Consumer Statement:

I also like many others have received a confidental message from universal fidelity,LP that I owe $7.98 for movies they say I rented from Hollywood Video in 4/18/2010. I have always returned my movies on time. I find this so odd that it is now 2013 and I am just now being notified. Friends have told me when and if they were ever late you get a phone call about your rentals. Also Hollywood video closed in my city in 2010

Consumer Action Taken:

I have tried three times to call this company no one ever answers and there is no answering service to even leave a message for them to call me back. I will not pay this so called late fee.especially after reading lots of these complaints
