Consumer Statement:
I contacted AP student loan relief to get all my student loans put together. Talked it over with “David B” and started to fill out paperwork. the loan I applied for was a income based.
Well I got cold feet before I gave them my income so I never responded to their calls or emails only to get charges deducted from my bank account.
AP got 250.00 out of my account. so I called and they sent me a “cancel” contract to receive in my email and to confirm they wanted me to return it saying I agree I wont get my money back. I have decided not to return it and change my bank account number.
Consumer Action Taken:
I will be contacting the BBB about this company…please be aware! I tried to ask for my money back and they simply told me no..go fig. that this thing would occur on Friday the 13th! 🙁
