Consumer Statement:

I gave Credence over $5,000 over a 3 month time span to help me save my home. It was hard to get anyone to reply to my phone calls or emails, and I was told once that it would be better to just leave a message rather than make a direct call. The problem was that the recorded message said to call back, that they weren’t taking recorded messages. Eight months later they forwarded me to another attorney, that charged me a non-refundable $2,000 to tell me four days later that there wasn’t anything anyone could do to help me. I lost the house the next week. I never received the password that they said they would give me to watch the progress of the case. I asked for it many times. I asked for a breakdown of the expenditures, but now I cant get anyone to respond to me.

Consumer Action Taken:

I have called many people and I have written many emails but one will respond to anything. I haven’t threatened anyone, I just keep leaving messages and emails to please contact me. It’s like they have completely disappeared.
