Consumer Statement:
Consumer protection counsel has taken monthly payments from me in the amount of $330.17 for 84 months which are attorney fees. Fees being paid to an attorney to represent my student loans or so I thought. I began this process with them a year ago, and nothing has been resolved. They dont contac you back, they dont provide you with answers when you have questions. They just waste your time.
Consumer Action Taken:
They don’t contact me back so I have no way of resolving this issue. I would like a full refund of my $330.17 that I have paid since Nov 2013 plus the $500.00 upfront fees.
