Strategic Student Solutions – Consumer Complaint – November 2, 2016

Consumer Complaint Submission

Consumer Statement:

I went with strategic student solutions back in September 2014 and canceled them before a year . They told me a complete lie! Telling me the amount set I pay each month will be applied to my loan. So when I called to see how much I owed, higher then my previous loan. Interest was adding to the loan each month. When I called to have this clarified the real truth came out. So after they fed me lies the truth is if I work in a government job or hospital my loan after ten years will be wiped out. If I don’t then after 25 its finished. The loan will be double if that’s the case. They make no sense. So basically I paid for a useless company that lures hard working tax paying citizens to have them consolidate my loan but I could of done that with my loan. Paying a monthly filing fee and my loan goes up. I think I will seek legal action!

Consumer Action Taken:

There was no resolution I canceled them. They are liars and I Pray they do the right thing or finally get caught and give ppl their money back and apply it to the real loan. Maybe help me Howard can air their dirty laundry!
