I have sent them and XXXX documentation proving that this debt was paid to no avail. The account number are almost identical but XXXX . XXXX ‘s account has an extra zero. XXXX will not remove this debt from my credit report despite writing several letters including a statement from my debt consolidation plan. Attached is a statement from my debt consolidation plan.
