Consumer Complaint: I tried to clear debt up to remove negative report on my credit. Approx. XXXX weeks ago I received a billing statement carecredit I called them to verify, they told me they could give me no info. because the account had been sold to XXXX I called p.r.a. they show that I paid off an account with them on in XXXX of XXXX . I make multiple calls to carecredit they refer me to XXXX . I do have an account with carecredit the account is closed but not delinquent. I need some type of verification from them that the account is not late/delinquent .They refuse to send me a letter stating that I am not behind on the payments as erroneously reported on my credit report. There are XXXX phone numbers that I am referred # 1 refers me to 2 #, # 2 refers me to # 3, # 3 refers me to # 4, then # 4 refers me to # 1 .On and on it goes. Each one assures me that the next # is the one that can help me. I n the mean time I am being negatively effected financially. Carecredit/Synchrony bank are the worst companies I have ever dealt with it is like an episode out off The Office.
