Transunion has listed this account as open derogatory account with the open date of XXXX XXXX XXXX I have contact Transunion multiple times and disputed this account multiple times a well stating each time that I do not owe this amount. I have also contact the company as well and they refuse to provide any contracts or signed documents stating that I owe this debt. I received a signed copy from the Civil Court Judge that this case was Settled on XXXX XXXX XXXX A year before this collection company stated that the account was open. This Closed/Settled account that is being reported is keeping me from being about to obtain credit because it is listed as a open-derogatory account. Under the FCRA they to have properly verified the accuracy of an account listed on my credit report.
