Consumer Complaint: I have filed a previous complaint about this company. Complaint number : XXXX on XX/XX/2017 . They admitted to purchasing the debt from a company called XXXX . They admitted to attempting to collect the debt they had purchase. They sent me mail containing information of a car purchase. Non of the information mailed to me contain a contract between me and NCB management. I have notice this collection has come off of my XXXX credit report, yet remains on the other bureaus credit report. As I gathered information to give to the STATE ‘S ATTORNEY GENERAL. I did a search for NCB MANAGEMENT SERVICE l icense. I have found they are in direct violation of TENNESSE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRAC TICES ACT 62-20-101. NCB MANAGEMENT SERVICE does not have a license in the state of TENNESSEE. They can not collect on a debt. TENNESSE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT 62-20-105 states no person shall commence, conduct or operate any collection service business in this state unless such person holds a valid collection service license issued by the board under this chapter, or prior stat law. TENNESSE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT 62-20-108 ( a ) ( 1 ) Every collection service shall have, for each location at which it conducts business a location manager who has submitted an application on a form prescr ibed by the board. TEN NESSE FAIR DEBT COLLECTION PRACTICES ACT 62-20-123 states a willful violation of this chapter, or any rule lawfully promulgated thereunder, is a Class C misdemeanor. NCB MANAGEMENT SERVICE is in direct violation. This will be the last communication I send before sending my evidence to the STATE ‘S ATTORNEY GENERAL OFFICE.
