Consumer Complaint: Had taken out a loan through Speedy Cash for payments on the XXXX and XXXX of every month in amounts of no more than {$39.00}. Informed the representative from Speedy Cash on their recorded line that i was recently unemployed and do n’t have payment for them as well as there was no amount in the account ( which was forced to put on file before loan was issued ). The company attempted multiple times to force payment ( s ) on XXXX / XXXX / XXXX after being informed not to take payment. These now unauthorized force of payments caused multiple overdraft fee ‘s through my bank of $ XXXX {$5.00} on each attempt. On XXXX / XXXX / XXXX Speedy Cash forced the multiple unauthorized ( date of XXXX / XXXX / XXXX not authorized and verbally informed them on phone no funds in account to take ) payments of {$110.00} from my XXXX XXXX XXXX sons XXXX which is now deposited into my account. I had called them and informed them the payments were unauthorized and to remove my form of payment immediately to which they replied we will remove the card on file and did not address the unauthorized payment.
