Consumer Complaint: I have been dealing with horrible collection practices from Monterey Financial services and their harassing practices. they have been threatening to send it to review for collections which would add an additional 35 % to my bill i tried to explain today XXXX / XXXX / 2017 at XXXX XXXX i received the call from the company he was very harassing and was bullying me to the extent of making me feel uncomfortable he kept interrupting me and demanding information as to what the personal matter was as to why I ‘m filing for ch. XXXX bankruptcy the personal matter was none of his business but kept trying to bully me into giving him the information. this was so unprofessional and i refuse to be bullied by this company any further.
