We Have Debt But Don’t Want to Have to File Bankruptcy

Question:

Dear Steve,

We have gotten buried in Pay Day and Installment Loans and see no way out. We have been turned down by Lending Club and others. National Debt Relief wants to help, but we aren’t sure. We have about $10,000-$15,000 worth of debt. We don’t want to have to file Bankruptcy.

Are there any options open to us besides Bankruptcy?

Mark

Answer:

Dear Mark,

Why don’t you want to file bankruptcy?

There is often a clear disconnect between the desire to avoid bankruptcy and the logical review of the solution. If you want to review all of your options you should try my Get Out of Debt Calculator.

I’d love to hear why you want to avoid bankruptcy. Please respond in the comments below.
