There was no third party verification and the supervisor was pressuring me and trying to intimidate me into paying {$4500.00} which I explained that I could not afford. I told him I was no longer interested in the payment terms. I then went online and paid the past due amount to American express on the XXXX of XXXX, 2017. The next day, on the XXXX, of XXXX 2017, XXXX XXXX , XXXX. took the {$1400.00} out of my checking account without my authorization with a check that appeared to be written by me.
