Consumer Complaint: I previously instructed XXXX to discontinue communications with me in all shape, manner and/or form. Recently XXXX representatives have begun contacting me regarding information I sent to the CEO ‘s Office. I have not communicated and/or forwarded information to the CEO ‘s office since I instructed XXXX to cease and desist. They in turn have begun calling and sending emails and XXXX Message notices. This is in strict violation of the cease and desist. Additionally, XXXX sold the alleged credti card debt to the Northland Group who in turn have been contacting me. Due to this transaction, XXXX does not even have standing and/or an interest basis to be contacting me except to harass. I provided the Northland Groupd an opportunity to provide me strict proof of any debt obligation related to the credit card debt they are seeking to collect but they failed to so so. As a result, I have also ordered the Northland Group to cease an desist in all forms of communications. The correspondence ( s ) are attached.
