Consumer Complaint: There is this debt collection agency, who has harassed me for 5 years now for a debt I really no nothing about, but to make a long story short, they too money out of ( 2 ) of my bank accounts twice, the total for this credit card ( suppose to be for {$XXXX} they have too over {$3000.00} dollars from my banks for this so called one debt, I cant open a bank account with out them sending a writ of execution paper to me and my bank over an over again, there are stealing my funds from my savings and checking accounts this is not fair, I tried talking to them, and all they say to me is they will continue to take funds out of my accounts, even tho I did not know of this, account, they have over an over took enough of my XXXX to cover that amount several times, I want action, I want this to stop, also I am under Doctor ‘s care, for a XXXX Transplant I do n’t need the stress, if I can I would like to sue them for thief, unjustified amounts, harassment, deception, Thank you in advance
