Consumer Complaint: on XXXX XXXX, 2017, Phoenix Financial put 3 Fraud Medical collections on all 3 credit bureaus. We notified Phoenix Financial by phone call that these were not my debts, but were Identity Theft. I never had any knowledge of the bills, nor was I at the medical facilities they claim these were from.
They agreed that these were due to Identity Theft and would remove from all 3 credit bureaus. However, they continued to leave on there.
I filed a XXXX XXXX Police Report detailing the Identity Theft and the Fraud specifically from them and the account numbers.
They still have not removed the Fraud that is not mine from collections under my name.
