Consumer Complaint: Upon using XXXX XXXX XXXX , XXXX ( Conserve ) to consolidate my student loans, I received a letter from XXXX stating that I did not have to make any payments until XX/XX/XXXX, 2017, and that my new payment amount would be {$740.00}. Upon receipt of this letter I called XXXX to confirm this information. My payment amount was only {$430.00} and I was told by XXXX that their records did not indicate any letter of that kind being sent out to me.
I have uploaded a copy of this letter for your verification. Please investigate this fraud and help me prevent this from happening again.
