Consumer Complaint: I have been in a constant battle with Navient-Private loan for years. Ive been paying on my loans for years and havent seen my principle Balance go down. They cant send me promissory notes of the loans I have with them. Interest rates are ridiculous and customer service XXXX. Theres something that has to be done. Theyre getting over on people. There are some people that do try to pay back their student loans based off income and Navient doesnt negotiate.
