Consumer Complaint: Pulled my credit report last week and noticed that a debt collection agency FIRST FED CREDIT CONTROL is noted on XXXX report in collections. I reached out to them on XX/XX/XXXX and gave the rep. all of my personal info they required to pull up my account. They were unable to find me in their systems. I was then told that a manager had to call me back about this situation. The manager hours later called me and stated that I owe {$120.00} for a medical bill in XX/XX/XXXX. I asked who was the original creditor and they were unable to provide this information and stated that they bought the debt from another debt collector and also did not provide that company information. So I am having trouble validating this debt and I do not recall ever getting services from the medical provided listed on the credit report.
