Consumer Complaint: I keep receiving calls stating that I have a case filed against me by a company that says they are arbitrators and are a nutral party. They called and provided the last four of social. They provided a fictious case number XXXX stating that I need to be present at an old address between XXXX and XXXX XXXX every day to be servied papers. This was settled in bankruptsy approximately 9 years ago. I am advised to call XXXX and advised to give personal information which I will not do. They keep saying that I have a claim filed against me. Which I know I do not. Case number have letters or the county in them as to where the court case is being handled. These indentifying numbers are never provided in their fake case number.
