I am in the process of looking into buying our first home and my credit score is affected by the consumer ‘s reporting. Lenders won’t approve my application. As we reviewed the report there were consumers reporting with incorrect information, debt collections, fraud and credit cards accounts I have no awareness of this accounts, I am a victim of ID theft and would like further investigation under the federal Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ) promotes the accuracy, fairness, and privacy information in the files of consumer reporting agencies.
